Sweet Cinnamon Bread

Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1-1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 cup buttermilk*
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 Tbsp white sugar
1 tsp cinnamon (yes, another one)*
2 tsp butter or margarine, softened

Directions
In large mixing bowl, combine flour and next 8 ingredients; beat 3 minutes at medium speed of electric mixer. Grease and flour only the bottom of a 9x5 loaf pan, pour in batter.
In small bowl, combine last three ingredients until crumbly; sprinkle over batter and swirl slightly to marble.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes or until bread slightly pulls away from sides of pan. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack. Wrap and refrigerate.

Notes
* You can substitute 1 Tbsp lemon juice + 1 cup milk for the cup of buttermilk. Believe it or not, it works!
