Sunshine Chicken SaladRecipe Index: Appetizers > SaladIngredients 1 pkg Ranch Salad dressing mix 1/2 C light Mayo 1/2 C plain Yogurt 1/4 C Honey 2 C Cubed cooked Chicken 1 C sliced Celery 1 8oz. Can diced pineapple, drained 1 8oz. Can sliced water chestnuts, drained 1 1/2 C seedless grapes cut in half 1/2 C slivered Almonds Directions Combine dressing mix, mayo, yogurt and honey in a bowl and put into the fridge for 30 minutes. Place remaining ingredients except almonds in a large bowl, toss with chilled dressing. Sprinkel almonds on top to serve. Serves 2 - 4 people |
