Fruit Nut BarsRecipe Index: Desserts > Bar Cookies2 cups chopped semisweet chocolate 1 14 ounce can (1-1/3 cup) sweetened condensed milk 1 teaspoon vanilla 4 cups miniature marshmallows 1 cup chopped pecans 1 cup finely chopped candied fruit Directions In the top of a double boiler melt chocolate, condensed milk, and vanilla over hot, not boiling, water. Remove from heat and set aside. Combine marshmallows, pecans, and candied fruit in a large bowl. Pour chocolate mixture over fruit and nuts and mix welll. Spread in buttered 9 inch square pan. Chill until firm. Cut into squares. Makes about 64 pieces |
