Apple Sheet Cake

Ingredients
3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup cooking oil
3 cups flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon soda
2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
3 cups diced apples

Directions
Beat eggs, sugar, and oil together; add vanilla. In second bowl, mix flour, soda, and salt, then gradually add to egg mixture. Add apples and nuts. (this mixture will be very stiff but will spread once in the oven.) Bake on greased and floured cookie sheet 30 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees F. Cover only with tea towel.
