Coca-cola Cake

Ingredients
2 cups plus 2 tbsp flour
2 cups sugar
2 sticks margarine
2 tbsp cocoa
2 eggs
1 cup coke
1/2 cup buttermilk (or 1 tbsp. vinegar plus milk to make 1/2 cup)
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
1/4 tsp salt

Directions
Do not beat with an electric mixer

Sift flour and sugar in bowl. Heat margarine, cocoa and coke to boiling point and pour over flour and sugar mixture. Add marshmallows last. This will be a thin mixture with marshmallows floating on top.

Pour into greased and floured 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.

Ice while cake is still hot.

ICING
heat to boiling point, 1/2 cup margarine, 2 tbsp cocoa, 5 tbsp coke-a-cola and pour over box of confectioners sugar. Add 1 cup chopped nuts and 1 tsp vanilla. Spread over hot cake.
