Snickerdoodles

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter (softened)
1/2 cup shortening
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 cups flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
2 T sugar/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions
preheat oven 400 degrees
Mix butter, shortening,sugar and eggs, thoroughly. Add dry ingredients. Shape into rounded tsp. balls. Roll in sugar/cinnamon mix. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 min. or until set.
