Quick and Easy Chocolate FudgeRecipe Index: Desserts > Fudge1-2/3 cups granulated sugar 1-1/2 cups mini-marshmallows 25 large walnut pieces (optional) 1/3 cup chopped nuts 2/3 cups evaporated milk 1, 6-oz. package of Hershey milk chocolate chips Directions Cook sugar and evaporated milk, stirring constantly until sugar is melted and mixture boils 5 minutes. Stir constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in marshmallows and chocolate chips until melted and mixture is smooth. Add chopped nuts. Continue to stir mixture until thickened. Pour into 8-inch square baking pans, and let stand about 10 minutes or until top is firm to touch. With tip of sharp knife, score top of fudge in 1-1/2 inch squares to make 25 squares. Gently press walnut pieces into center of each square. Refrigerate 30 minutes until firm. |
