1 12-oz. package semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 Tbsp. shortening
2 Tbsp. butter
1 10-oz. bag miniature marshmallows
1/3 cup chopped pecans
Melt chocolate chips, shortening and butter in a saucepan or in the microwave. Add marshmallows and nuts and stir. Spread into a buttered 9-inch square pan and chill for several hours until firm. Cut into squares and serve.
The Skinny: Use sugar-free chocolate chips or another chocolate substitute.
