Baste for Fish Steaks

1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup bottled lemon juice
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1 clove garlic, minced

Directions
Combine oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, grated lemon rind and minced garlic in a small bowl, blending well. Pour over fish steaks in glass baking dish; marinate in refrigerate 3 hours before grilling.
Makes 1 cup

This tangy marinade will enhance the taste of any firm-fleshed fish
