Teriyaki Sauce (Candied Ginger)

Ingredients
2/3 C. Kikkoman soy sauce
1/4 C. wine or sherry
2 Tsp. candied ginger
1/2 Tsp. minced garlic
2 Tbsp. salad oil
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
seasoning salt and pepper

Directions
Mix well, good on beef, pork, chicken and fish. Wonder-ful on steak to barbecue.
