Beer Barbeque SauceRecipe Index: Dips/Sauces > Miscellaneous1-1/2 cups tomato puree 1 can (12 ounces) beer 1/4 cup cider vinegar 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon hot paprika 1/2 teaspoon seasoned pepper Directions Combine tomato puree, beer, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, paprika and seasoned pepper in a small saucepan with a flameproof handle, blending well. Heat to a simmer over grill. Stir and continue simmering about 5 minutes. Brush over chicken or pork every 5 minutes after meat has cooked for 20 minutes.
