Leah's Italian SaladRecipe Index: Dips/Sauces > SalsaIngredients 1 lb. package of tri-colored Rotini pasta 2 envelopes Italian dressing mix (mixed according to package directions) 1 can black olives (you can slice in half or leave whole) 1 small jar green olives with pimento 1 stalk celery, sliced thin 1 large carrot, sliced thin 2 cups fresh edible pea pods 1 cup fresh broccoli, cut in small pieces 3 green onions, sliced with tops 1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese or 1/4 cup if canned Directions Boil pasta until al dente. Rinse with cold water. Place pasta in large bowl. Add veggies. Add Italian dressing and mix well. Gently stir in the grated parmesan. Chill and serve. |
