Chocolate Strawberry Banana Milkshake

Ingredients
1 cup low-fat milk
1/2 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
1/2 ripe banana
2 T powdered chocolate drink mix
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp white sugar

Directions
In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth. If consistency is too runny, add more strawberries and blend slightly.

Makes 2 servings.
