Swiss Steak (crockpot)

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. round steak
2 Tbsp. flour
1 medium onion, sliced
1 medium carrot, chopped
1 small stalk celery, chopped
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
salt and pepper - to your taste or optional

Directions
Cut steak in serving pieces. Mix flour, salt and
pepper. Cover meat in flour. Place onions in bottom of pot.
Add meat. Top with carrots and celery. Cover with tomato sauce. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours (high 3 to 5 hours).
