Artichoke CasseroleRecipe Index: Main Courses > Casseroles2 - 14 oz cans of Artichoke Hearts, chopped 2 - 14 oz cans of French Style Green Beans 1 large onion, chopped 3 cloves of garlic, chopped 1/2 cup of olive oil 1 cup of Italian bread crumbs 1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp. of Parmesan cheese Salt and Pepper to taste Directions Sauté onions in olive oil until transparent. Add the garlic and cook for only 1 minute. Remove from heat. Drain green beans and add beans and chopped artichoke hearts to onions and garlic. Mix well. Add the bread crumbs and 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese. Mix well once more. Spray an 8x8 pan with cooking spray. Spread the mixture into the pan and sprinkle the 2 tbls of parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes |
