Pierogie Lasagna

Ingredients
1 box lasagna noodles, cooked
1-1/2 sticks butter or oleo
3 onions
1 pound grated Longhorn cheese
Instant mashed potatoes (servings for 12), cooked

Directions
Saute onions in butter. Layer all ingredients in a cake pan. Bake about 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.
