4 pound fresh tomatoes (8 large), chopped to make 4 cups
2 teaspoon dry bread
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
4 tablespoon olive oil
Combine ingredients for the sauce. Cook 8 ounces lasagne noodles in 1 tablespoon olive oil.
12 ounce Muenster cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Grease 7 x 11 inch shallow dish with olive oil. Layer the sauce, noodles, and Muenster cheese in that order. Top with Parmesan cheese and bake in 450 degrees F. oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until heated.
