3 (4-ounce) Boneless Pork Loin Chops, thinly sliced
1 (16-ounce) package Stir-Fry Vegetables, cut into smaller pieces if
necessary
1/4 cup Stir-Fry Sauce
2 tablespoons Water
1 (8-inch) Flour Tortillas
1/4 cup Hoisin Sauce
1/4 cup Green Onions, sliced

Directions
Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat until hot.

Add pork; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or until lightly browned. Add vegetables, stir-fry sauce, and water; mix well.

Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook 3 or 4 minutes, or until vegetables are crisp-tender.

(At this point, you can cover the stir-fry mixture and keep it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.)

When you're ready to serve it, place a tortilla on a microwave-safe plate.
Spread 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce over tortilla; top with a cupful of the stir-fry mixture and 1 tablespoon onions. Roll up. Cover with plastic wrap.

Microwave on HIGH for 1 to 2 minutes or until hot. Repeat for remaining tortillas.
