Mu Shu Pork in a PocketRecipe Index: Main Courses > Pork/Ham3 (4-ounce) Boneless Pork Loin Chops, thinly sliced 1 (16-ounce) package Stir-Fry Vegetables, cut into smaller pieces if necessary 1/4 cup Stir-Fry Sauce 2 tablespoons Water 1 (8-inch) Flour Tortillas 1/4 cup Hoisin Sauce 1/4 cup Green Onions, sliced Directions Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add pork; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or until lightly browned. Add vegetables, stir-fry sauce, and water; mix well. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook 3 or 4 minutes, or until vegetables are crisp-tender. (At this point, you can cover the stir-fry mixture and keep it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.) When you're ready to serve it, place a tortilla on a microwave-safe plate. Spread 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce over tortilla; top with a cupful of the stir-fry mixture and 1 tablespoon onions. Roll up. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH for 1 to 2 minutes or until hot. Repeat for remaining tortillas. Serves 4 |
